High-quality Yashica 635 Twin-lens Reflex (TLR) 120 Film Camera

Film Tested - Guaranteed Working! I do not test the self-timer.
On a camera this old you leave it alone. If you want a selfie,
please use your phone. ^.^

Rather rare this complete and in such great condition.

*** Treat yourself or that special someone to a great gift!

Uses 120 roll film (widely available) that produces large
6 x 6cm negatives and slides. (21/4" x 21/4")
Best way to get into medium format photography.
AND, with the 35mm kit (included) you can shoot
35mm film and slides!

*** This is one of the best looking 635s we've had
in our collection and with an interesting history too.
We purchased it from the original owner in England and
he had purchased it new in 1958 while stationed at RAF Changi,
Singapore. Please check out the lens cleaning cloth from
the camera shop just off base.

Clean inside and out... minor factory marks and
some signs of prior careful usage.

A beautiful medium format camera is ready for your collection
or ready for your next photo assignment.

*** Optics are beautiful... the taking lens does have some minor dust inside.
They have no impact on the final picture quality. No scratches, haze or
cleaning marks that I can see.
*** The focus is smooth and spot on. The viewing screen is bright and clean.
*** The aperture settings move freely, the shutter speed setting moves easily.
*** The shutter fires and sounds accurate down to 1 second. Bulb is not working.
*** The aperture blades are snappy, clean and oil-free.

*** This camera was made by Yashima at its modern factory in
Nagano Prefecture in June 1958 and is one of the first 635
models made in the first two months of production. The serial number
(SN 5860231) gives a clue that it was the 231st made!

Frequently Asked Questions

Does your shop offer combined shipping?

Yes and always! Just let us know and we'll work something out. No need to pay for shipping more than once.

Does your shop accept returns?

Yes but with some minor exceptions. If it was a custom made item we do not accept returns. Good communication before the sale will eliminate returns. Part two... we will gladly accept a returned item (within 14 days) as long as it is returned to us in the same condition as when we sent it to you. Let us know if you are returning something... maybe we can reach an agreement short of a full return. Part three... you will always pay for return shipping.

Will my purchase arrive well packaged?

Always! Carol and I take great care (and pride) in packaging your purchase. We always are mindful of being "green" but often times green doesn't protect your package properly. We have been shipping our items out safely since 2003. We must say however, that we are not responsible for gross mishandling by the carrier(s) or loss of an item. Valuable items will always have insurance added.

How can I contact your shop?
