Rare Gray Yashica 44 TLR Set from 1958

Gorgeous Yashica-44 twin-lens
reflex (TLR) set from my personal
collection. I purchased this set from
the original owner. It's been a favorite
camera in my collection for a long time.
It features Yashikor (made by Tomioka)
80mm f/3.5 viewing and taking lenses,
Copal shutter with speeds from Bulb,
to 1/500th of a second, crank film advance,
and smooth focusing.
The lenses are clean and clear and the
aperture blades are oil-free.
The camera is corrosion free and the leatherette
is tight, clean, and bright. There is one
small area where the paint
has worn through (see pic #6).
There is some dust and debris visible
on the mirror which has no effect on the
final images.
The camera uses 127 roll films which are
available again. The 4x4cm format is a
perfect size and combined with the
sharp Yashikor lens makes stunning images.
Includes - A solid original box with a cardboard
insert and colorful lid. The original
gray leather case is solid and the snaps work
without issue. The Yashica gray metal lens
cap is included as is the gray leather strap.
Includes an empty film spool.
The instruction booklet is complete
and free of any writing. The guarantee/registration
cards match the camera's serial number. As a
bonus, I have included the original Japanese color
brochure which is nearly impossible to find.
There is an exposed roll of film from maybe the 1960s
as part of the package!
It's a fun camera to use and I'm happy to
pass it along to the next collector.

Yes, but with some exceptions. No returns on custom-made items. Part two - we will gladly accept a return within 14 days as long as it is returned to us in the same condition as when we sent it to you. Specifically, if an item is new and unused and in its original box and packaging it must be returned in an unused and unopened condition. Vintage and classic cameras, lenses, and certain pieces of vintage photogear carry no warranties or guarantees. By their very nature, older cameras are just that, old, and their electronics, levers, knobs, buttons, and dials can fail at any time.
