Vintage Canon Motor Drive MF for the Original Canon F-1
- Excellent Cosmetic Condition
- Super Clean
- Not Fully Working
- Sold for Parts, Repair or Display
- Sorry but no returns

*Smoke and Pet Free Home*

This is an early version of Canon's powerful motor drive
designed for the original Canon F-1 (not the later New F-1).
Serial Number 14720
Date Code O805 (1974)

The battery check light does come on (see pic #2) but the motor
will not fire up. There appears to be some old battery
damage in the battery magazine handle (see pic #10) that has been
cleaned away. I do not have the time or expertise
to repair it so I'm selling it as needing repair, for display
or for parts. As they say, As-Is and as described.

There are some minor scratches, a few marks and a slight ding
on the baseplate. I would give it an 8 out of 10.

I have two other motor drives in my collection so it's
time to pass this one along to the next collector.

The drive takes (10) AA batteries (not included).

I mail super fast and I'll mail this FOR FREE in the USA via
USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. That's at
least a $10 value - free!

Thanks for stopping by! - Chris

***No Returns on this item as it is described accurately and
it is being sold as needing repair, for parts, or for display.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does your shop offer combined shipping?

Yes and always! Just let us know and we'll work something out. No need to pay for shipping more than once.

Does your shop accept returns?

Yes but with some minor exceptions. If it was a custom made item we do not accept returns. Good communication before the sale will eliminate returns. Part two... we will gladly accept a returned item (within 14 days) as long as it is returned to us in the same condition as when we sent it to you. Let us know if you are returning something... maybe we can reach an agreement short of a full return. Part three... you will always pay for return shipping.

Will my purchase arrive well packaged?

Always! Carol and I take great care (and pride) in packaging your purchase. We always are mindful of being "green" but often times green doesn't protect your package properly. We have been shipping our items out safely since 2003. We must say however, that we are not responsible for gross mishandling by the carrier(s) or loss of an item. Valuable items will always have insurance added.

How can I contact your shop?

We are on Etsy almost everyday and the best way to get our attention is by starting an Etsy convo. We'll answer you quickly.

Does your shop ever do custom orders?

Yes we can... our shop and studios are super flexible. Just let us know what you're thinking and Carol can make it happen!

Does your shop accept a best offer?

We think we have everything properly priced but we are here to make a sale and keep our customers happy. Let us know if you want to make an offer on something. I'm sure we will find a way to reach an accord.
