It's been professionally cleaned, tested, and inspected by us.
It is from our personal collection.
It's time for us to downsize many important
cameras and lenses in our collection. Time moves on.
***The camera has not been recently used with film.

Tested - I installed a new 1.5v battery (included) and the light
meter is active but it wasn't tested for accuracy. It does respond
nicely to changes in light and exposure settings.
The shutter sounds accurate at all speeds including
the lowest speeds and bulb.

Lenses mount securely. The super fast New FD 50mm f1.2
lens is sharp with no issues beyond some dust inside
and some very minor oil on the blades. The aperture blades
are snappy and the aperture ring clicks as it should
and the focus is smooth and sharp.

The pentaprism has some scratches on it (see pics).
The prism mounts and unmounts smoothly and the focusing
screen is easy to remove and is clean (Screen A).

It shows signs of use with some scratches visible on the
baseplate (pic 9) and some scratches here and there.
The factory black paint is smooth and glossy.
There is some dirt and dust visible in the viewfinder (pic 7).
The Servo EE Finder Coupling Socket (pic 2) is broken when
I removed my EE finder in the past.

*The Canon dealer's display stand is not included.

Does your shop offer combined shipping?

Yes and always! Just let us know and we'll work something out. No need to pay for shipping more than once.

Does your shop accept returns?

Yes but with some minor exceptions. If it was a custom made item we do not accept returns. Good communication before the sale will eliminate returns. Part two... we will gladly accept a returned item (within 14 days) as long as it is returned to us in the same condition as when we sent it to you. Let us know if you are returning something... maybe we can reach an agreement short of a full return. Part three... you will always pay for return shipping.

Will my purchase arrive well packaged?

Always! Carol and I take great care (and pride) in packaging your purchase. We always are mindful of being "green" but often times green doesn't protect your package properly. We have been shipping our items out safely since 2003. We must say however, that we are not responsible for gross mishandling by the carrier(s) or loss of an item. Valuable items will always have insurance added.
